Words for the year 2026

Receive this for the year 2026. This is for you!

"This is a year of expansion in your spirit, and expansion in anointing and authority in your spirit. There is an enlargement in the spiritual territory and spiritual sphere in your life. This is also a year for promotion and vindication in your life. Whatever injustice that you have suffered in the previous year, you will see justice for your life."

Isaiah 54:2-3 (NKJV)

Enlarge the place of your tent, and let them stretch out the curtains of your dwellings; Do not spare; Lengthen your cords, and strengthen your stakes. For you shall expand to the right and to the left...

Even though this is for Israel, but on a personal basis, this is for you too, a beloved of God. Stay faithful to the Lord. Stay close to the Lord. Walk with Him. And you shall see this come to pass this year.

Isaiah 54:4 (NKJV)

Do not fear, for you will not be ashamed; Neither be disgraced, for you will not be put to shame; For you will forget the shame of your youth, and will not remember the reproach of your widowhood anymore.

Indeed, old things have passed away, and all things have become new. Let go of all those shame, defeat, and even humiliation of your past. There is a renewed hope for you this year!

Isaiah 54:6 (NKJV)

For the Lord has called you like a woman forsaken and grieved in the spirit, like a youthful wife when you were refused.

Beloved of God, as you enter into this year 2026, know that the Lord has a very special calling and purpose for you. You may have been abandoned in the past. You may have been sidelined in the past. You may have been shunned in the past. But there is a refreshing for you this year. You are so, so precious in God's eyes. The Lord says He remembers you. He will use you in greater measure this year for His glory!

Isaiah 54:10 (NKJV)

For the mountains shall depart and the hills be removed, but My kindness shall not depart from you, nor shall My covenant of peace be removed.

Receive His goodness, kindness, and shalom peace. Receive this by faith in your life, and even for your family!

Isaiah 54:17 (NKJV)

No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue which rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is from Me.

The Lord is with you. This whole Isaiah 54 is God's prophetic call for you to walk in His destiny for you. This is for you this year 2026.

I declare that His destiny for you is full of hope and a future. He has called you to inherit His blessings this year. He has called you for a spiritual expansion this year. And because of what He has done on the cross for you, He has died for you on the cross, He has also broken the curse for you. And He has overcome all your past shame in your life!

So, make room for Him! Make room for His expansion in your life!

The Lord says further to you:

"For I say to you, beloved, I will strengthen you this year. Whatever is weak in your life, I shall be your strength. It's the beginning of you walking in fruitfulness that you've never seen before in your life. For your past shame has been taken away, and all things have become new in your life."

"Look to Me, for I will show you the way. If you have been feeling lost and useless in the time past, it shall not be anymore. For I have made a way for you. If you look to Me, I will entrust you with many more things. You will be entrusted in many more ways. This is the year for you to strengthen yourself in My Word and in My Spirit. Flow in My Spirit. For My prophetic anointing is very strong upon you. You shall even break new ground. You shall even walk into the areas that have been impossible in the past. For you have been sowing in tears, but you shall now reap in joy. Therefore, be strengthened and be refreshed as you walk into this new year. For I will know how to make the way clear for you."

"My river will overflow you this year. This river will not drown you. But this river is a blessing to you. The river that brings abundance of My goodness and grace for you. The river that brings you to fulfill My destiny for you. Flow in this river of My Spirit. Flow with My anointing. You shall see this anointing increasing and expanding in your life."

I want to bless all my friends and the beloved of God who are reading this.

I bless you with the peace and the prosperity of the Lord!

I bless you with the favor and the grace of the Lord!

I bless you with Isaiah 54, from verse 1 all the way to verse 17.

I declare that the Lord is causing you to be fruitful this year!

I declare that the Lord gives you divine protection and divine health this year!

I declare that His kindness and His goodness shall not depart from you! But all these shall stay with you!

Happy New Year!

Breaking free!

The Lord says:

"If you've been bound in a cycle of sin and sorrow, it's time to break free now! If you've been bound in a cycle of sickness and disease, be set free now! Whatever you've been bound and trapped in, I am releasing My anointing for you to walk free now!"

The Lord says further:

"For the time has come for you to walk into a brand new future and My promises for your future! Declare the yoke has been broken! Declare the bondage has been broken! Declare the 'cycle' has been broken! Curse-free! Sickness-free! Sorrow-free! My power is at hand!"

Beloved of God, if you feel like "history is repeating itself" in your life, whether it is another round or 'cycle' of sorrow, failure, disappointment, or whatever bad memory from the past is "sticking out its ugly head" and repeating again in your life, this is your time to receive God's power to break free!

Also, if you see like "history is repeating itself" in the areas of sin in that area or sickness, receive God's anointing to set you free right now!

Or you simply have this feeling of "so near yet so far", God's power is at hand to break and destroy whatever the enemy is trying to hinder you from progressing in your life!

The Scripture has the answer for you.

In Isaiah 61:1-3 (NKJV), the Lord says: "The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me, because the Lord has anointed Me to preach good tidings to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound; To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, and the day of vengeance of our God; To comfort all who mourn... To give them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness."

See the exchange taking place here? When you receive this power, this anointing of the Lord, your "ashes" is being exchanged with His beauty, your mourning is being exchanged with joy, and your heaviness, or whatever that burdens you, is being exchanged with praises of the Lord! Hallelujah!

By the way, 'ashes' speaks of 'hopelessness'. When something turns into ashes, there's no way to restore it again or to make it whole again. That's how the world sees it and how the world thinks. But here, to God, even ashes can be restored into something beautiful again! Not only that, He is turning your mourning into joy! This joy doesn't come from anyone on earth. This joy comes directly from the Lord! And then your heaviness is being exchanged with garment of praise! You can begin to sing praises of the Lord like never before!

In Isaiah 61:4 (NKJV), the Lord says further: "And they shall rebuild the old ruins... and they shall repair the ruined cities..."

The word 'repair' here is 'chadash' in Hebrew. It can simply mean 'to make new' or 'to be new'. In other words, everything has become new again! A brand new future! A brand new start! Looking forward to all of God's promises for you in a fresh new way! Looking forward with a new hope! Why? Because you have been set free from whatever that holds you back or entangles you in your past!

A few verses later in Isaiah 61:7 (NKJV), the Lord says: "Instead of shame you shall have double honor, and instead of confusion they shall rejoice in their portion. Therefore in their land they shall possess double."

Beloved of God, whatever you have gone through in your life recently or so far, receive this promise of God for you! Past is past, be it your shame, your sorrow, your despair, or whatever that's undesirable that you've been bound in. All these have been carried by Jesus on the cross! And you know what? Now! Now is your time to walk in double honor! Now is your time to possess double! Now is your time to receive the joy of the Lord, and rejoice! Rejoice in all that God has promised you and shown you!

Let's look at the book of Jeremiah now, specifically Jeremiah 31:3-4. You see, Jeremiah was known as a heartbroken prophet with a heartbreaking message. He was lamenting about what's happening to God's people at that time. But in spite of all that, he still had a wonderful message of hope for those who believe. In Jeremiah 31:3-4, this is what he quoted the Lord saying: "Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love. Therefore with lovingkindness I have drawn you. Again I will build you, and you shall be rebuilt... You shall again be adorned with your tambourines, and shall go forth in the dances of those who rejoice."

Even though Jeremiah 31:3-4 here is speaking specifically for the people of Israel, this can apply right now in your life too. The Lord is telling you, beloved, that there's hope for restoration and renewal in your life, whatever your past may be!

Maybe you have gone through a time of mourning or sorrow recently. Maybe you have encountered a very sticky situation in your life recently. Or maybe you seem to be like at a dead-end road right now. Whatever you've been facing, take heart, beloved. Because the Lord has a good news for you! He wants you to know that He has loved you with an everlasting love. He wants you to know that He has begun His work of restoring you and making all things new in your life. Amen!

You know what? These are reasons enough for you to rejoice. The joy of knowing that God remembers you! The joy of knowing that God hasn't forgotten you! The joy of knowing that God loves you with His unfailing and everlasting love! The joy of knowing that God has a new hope and purpose for you, going forward! The joy of knowing that your time of restoration and renewal has come! Amen! Somebody shout Hallelujah!

Prayer:

"O Lord God, we thank You for Your message of hope and renewal today. We thank You for Your power and anointing to set us free! Free from curse! Free from bondage! Free from whatever that traps or ensnares us! We receive Your anointing right now by faith! We receive Your oil of joy right now! We receive Your crown of beauty right now in exchange of our ashes! Hope is rising! Joy has been released upon us! We receive it by faith. We give You praises, O Lord! We rejoice with this joy that comes directly from You! We walk free now! Free to be who and what You've always wanted us to be. In Jesus' name. Amen!"

You are entering a new level of anointing and authority!

The Lord says:

"Many of My people are entering a new level of anointing this year. Many of My people are entering the realm of higher authority in the spirit. Wield it. Use it. Speak it. Declare it. Take authority over every curse word or unwholesome word that has been spoken against you. Take authority over every form of pain that the power of darkness has tried to inflict on you or your loved ones, be it spiritually, emotionally, mentally, or physically. Take authority over the work of darkness that the enemy has tried to destroy you. This is your time!"

As I was praying, the Lord showed me a vision of a sword. He said, "Take it." Then, I saw many of His people have been given their respective sword too. Each is given a brand new sword. Yes, I saw brand new swords. Sharp and shiny. Powerful. Not blunt or worn out. This confirms what I heard from the Lord, that He has given you a new and higher authority to rise above and overcome.

The Lord says further:

"Look at this authority of yours. It is fresh. It is new. You may have been defeated or shamed before in the past, but I have given you a fresh authority in spirit. I have given you the power to overcome what has been stubborn against you. I have given you the anointing to break what has been impossible to break in the past."

The sword here speaks of the Word of God. You are going to have deeper understanding in the Word of God that you somehow couldn't in the past. You are entering the realm of deeper revelation in the spirit. You are entering the realm of deeper understanding of who God is in your life and how much authority He has given to you. You will begin to declare what His words say with a new level of boldness and confidence - over your life, over the situation around you, or over what you see around you in the world.

We always want to back up what we hear and what we see with the Scripture. So, let's look at Revelation 1:16-18. This was what John saw, and he described it here: 'He had in His right hand seven stars, out of His mouth went a sharp two-edged sword, and His countenance was like the sun shining in its strength. And when I saw Him, I fell at His feet as dead. But He laid His right hand on me, saying to me, "Do not be afraid; I am the First and the Last. I am He who lives, and was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore. Amen. And I have the keys of Hades and of Death."'

That was John's description of Jesus, the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last, the Lord who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty God. He holds the keys of Hades, and He sets you free from whatever that is dead in your life and gives you a fresh new lease of life. That's what He's saying here to you right now.

In Revelation 1:8, Jesus says, "I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End," says the Lord, "who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty."

The word 'Almighty' here is interesting. It is translated from the ancient Greek word 'Pantokrater'. It literally means 'the One who has His hand on everything'. This speaks of His greatness and His sovereignty over everything, from the beginning till the end of time, and everything in between.

Back to Revelation 1:16. John described Jesus as 'He had in His right hand seven stars, out of His mouth went a sharp two-edged sword, and His countenance was like the sun shining in its strength.'

What is this 'seven stars' here? This speaks of the seven churches mentioned in the Book of Revelation. Since the number 'seven' is the number of 'completion' or 'perfection', we can interpret it as "He's got the whole church in His hands." Indeed, He is in control of His church (i.e. His people). His church as a whole. One body in Christ. Wherever we are in the world. He will lead us all the way. He will guide us all the way. He has also given us the authority to overcome all the works of the enemy. The authority to bind and to loose. Whatever we bind shall be bound. Whatever we loose shall be loosed. In other words, whatever we set free shall be set free. Whatever we stop shall be stopped. Whatever we release shall be released.

John also saw 'out of Jesus' mouth went a sharp two-edged sword'. A two-edged sword cuts first or speaks first into our lives, changing us from the inside out. But it also penetrates the power of the enemy and destroy the power of the enemy.

This sword speaks of the Word of God. This is His weapon, and this is also our weapon. You can see that in Ephesians 6:17 that says, 'The sword of the Spirit is the Word of God'. This sword described in ancient Greek is also interesting. It is written as 'rhomphaia' in ancient Greek, and not 'machaira'. What is the difference between 'rhomphaia' and 'machaira'? These are the two Greek words for 'sword' in the Scripture. Now, 'machaira' is the smaller sword. But here in Revelation 1:16, John referred to this sword as 'rhomphaia'. This is a much bigger and heavier kind of sword. It's a much more powerful kind of sword. And it's used mainly to kill and to destroy. So, this speaks of the power of God's Word to destroy every form of the enemy's work. And the Lord has given this to you. It penetrates and destroys the power of the enemy to the core.

So beloved of God, as you look forward, you are going to triumph with the revelation that God has given to you, through His Word and through His Spirit. Word and Spirit. Spirit and Word. Amen!

Back again to Revelation 1:16. I read it again. 'He had in His right hand seven stars, out of His mouth went a sharp two-edged sword, and His countenance was like the sun shining in its strength.'

The last part is equally interesting. I read again: 'His countenance was like the sun shining in its strength'. This speaks of 'the glory of God, so great, so shining', that whatever force of darkness that tries to face up against Him, 'they shall become like blind'. It simply means this: No one can stand against Him. No power of the enemy or power of darkness can stand against Him.

And upon seeing this, John wrote in Revelation 1:17-18, 'And when I saw Him, I fell at His feet as dead. But He laid His right hand on me, saying to me, "Do not be afraid; I am the First and the Last. I am He who lives, and was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore. Amen. And I have the keys of Hades (i.e. 'the place of the dead') and of Death."'

Indeed, He can unlock the Hades, and He can unlock the power of death.  He has overcome. He is alive forevermore. He is a resurrected God. He has victory over all the power of darkness. And in Him, you can too.

You see, John was overwhelmed by what he saw here. And in this awesome glory of God, he could do nothing else, but to fall at the feet of Jesus as dead. It means nothing else matters anymore. Nothing but the awesomeness and the glory of God. Now, remember, this same John was with Jesus and saw Jesus for about three years when Jesus was doing His earthly ministry, on earth. But this was the next level. Jesus certainly knew how to 'shield' some of His glory when He was walking on the earth those days. But now He manifested Himself at a new level. And John was overwhelmed. That's what the Scripture shows here. Yet in this glory, Jesus said this assurance to John: "Do not be afraid."

Beloved of God, the Lord is saying the same to you: "Do not be afraid." You don't need to be afraid of anything on earth, if you have His presence, His glory, His authority, and His anointing in your life. Continue to walk in obedience to Him and His Word. Let the blood of Jesus Christ continue to wash you clean, white as snow. Cleanse your hands. Cleanse your heart. Let Him purify your life. He says, "Be holy, as I am holy." Clear what needs to be cleared in your life. The Lord will show you what needs to clear. The Lord will show you if you ask Him. And with this, you can walk boldly and in the new level of anointing and the authority that He has given to you, from this point onwards.

So, right now, I want to declare upon you, beloved, wherever you may be, that this new level of anointing is being released upon you, and this new level of authority is being released upon you. Wield it. Use it. Declare it. Speak it. Yes, take authority over all those power of darkness. You are triumphant! You are an overcomer! In Jesus' name. Amen!

Words from the Lord: "You are not a victim, but a victor!"

The Lord says:

"Whatever 'storm' you may be facing at the moment, be it in your workplace, in the ministry, or in any area of your life, look to Me and find your rest in Me. Be at rest in the midst of all these 'storms'. Fear not and be anxious not. For I am the Lord who watches over you, and I am the Lord who knows how to defend you and fight for you. The battle is not yours, but the battle is Mine. I see differently from how this world sees, and I am causing you to see how I see in this time and season. My ways are higher. Declare and receive your victory by faith right now. You shall see this come to pass."

Beloved, whatever 'storm' or situation you may be facing at the moment, the Lord wants you to see yourself not as a victim, but a victor!

Let's go to 2 Chronicles 20 now. This is regarding Jehoshaphat, and how he saw a victory, a restful victory, in line with what the Lord has spoken today.

At that time, the people of Ammon, Moab, and Edom came to battle against Jehoshaphat and the nation of Judah. You can say the enemies 'ganged up' against Jehoshaphat.

We have talked about Jehoshaphat not too long ago. But today we shall focus on this person named Jahaziel. Who was Jahaziel? What is the significance of this name 'Jahaziel' in Jehoshaphat's time? How does it relate to your situation now? This is what we are going to look at today.

To start off with, let's go to 2 Chronicles 20:5-6. Here, Jehoshaphat stood before the community of Judah and Jerusalem, and he prayed, "O Lord, God of our ancestors, You alone are the God who is in heaven. You are ruler of all the kingdoms of the earth. You are powerful and mighty. No one can stand against You!"

In 2 Chronicles 20:10-12, Jehoshaphat prayed further, "Now see what the armies of Ammon, Moab, and Mount Seir are doing... For they have come to throw us out of Your land, which You gave us as an inheritance. O our God, won't You stop them? We do not know what to do, but we are looking to You for help."

Here, you see the Ammonites, the Moabites, and the Edomites all 'ganged up' against Jehoshaphat and the people of the Lord. By the way, Mount Seir was part of the kingdom of Edom at that time.

What did Jehoshaphat do? Jehoshaphat looked to the Lord for help. He did not turn to the left or to the right, but he turned to the Lord.

Now, here is our focus today: Jahaziel

As Jehoshaphat and the people of the Lord began to seek the Lord and look to the Lord, the Lord used this person named Jahaziel in their midst to speak to them.

2 Chronicles 20:13-15 says, 'As all the men of Judah stood before the Lord with their little ones, wives, and children, the Spirit of the Lord came upon one of the men standing there. His name was Jahaziel... He said, "Listen, all you people of Judah and Jerusalem! Listen, King Jehoshaphat! This is what the Lord says: Do not be afraid! Don't be discouraged by this mighty army, for the battle is not yours, but God's."'

In 2 Chronicles 20:16-17, Jahaziel said further, "Tomorrow march out against them... But you will not even need to fight. Take your positions; then stand still and watch the Lord's victory. He is with you... Do not be afraid or discouraged. Go out against them tomorrow, for the Lord is with you!"

Notice the word 'still' here? Yes, indeed, be still and know that He is God (Psalm 46:10). The word 'still' in the context here can mean 'to cease (from anxiety or worry)', or 'to let (God be God)'. In other words, to allow Him to take over, and to find your rest in Him.

Now, this is not about defeatism. In fact, it's the opposite. This is not about being lazy. But it's about letting God take over. This is not about not doing anything. But it's about trusting the Lord. And you know what? The rest is history. All these words spoken by Jahaziel came to pass. Jehoshaphat saw a great victory right before his eyes. Not in the ways of man, of course. But in God's supernatural ways. Even in ways human minds cannot conceive.

The name 'Jahaziel' is interesting. It is 'Yakhaz El' in Hebrew. It can mean 'God sees, God looks, God beholds'. Hallelujah! In other words, God is looking at you, God is watching over you, and God is overseeing your situation. In fact, God is beholding you!

Just like in the days of Jehoshaphat, the Lord is still in control in your situation right now. He will never be out of control in your life. Always remember this. He has done it before. He will do it again. As long as you keep looking to Him and putting your trust in Him, and as long as you do not walk out on Him, you shall see your victory and breakthrough!

Therefore, let go of whatever restlessness, anxiety, worry, or struggle to the Lord. He understands what you are going through, and He cares for you.

Maybe you are facing a difficult situation in your workplace right now. Maybe it is in your organization. Maybe it is in the ministry. Maybe some people try to smear your reputation and good name. Maybe you have been falsely accused of something. Whatever it may be, surrender your situation to the Lord.

Even if no one on earth understands you, the Lord understands exactly and knows exactly what you are going through at the moment. He will know how to stand up for you, defend you, and even fight for you. That's exactly what He did for Jehoshaphat those days. Watch how the Lord 'set ambushes' against all those who 'gang up' against you. Watch how the Lord 'undo' those who seek your downfall. Watch how the Lord 'undo' those who seek to destroy you or destroy your reputation.

Let's move on to the New Testament now, and look at Jesus Himself.

The truth is if you have Jesus, you have this rest and shalom peace inside you, no matter what 'storm' or challenge you may be facing at the moment. Do you notice Jesus never panicked while He was on earth? He never panicked or get anxious even when faced with the fiercest resistance or opposition. You know why? Because He is the Yahweh Shalom. He is The Lord Who Is Peace. And if you have Him in your life, this peace lives in you.

What's your part? Your part is to allow Him to take over those 'storms'. Your part is to let Him keep filling you with His shalom peace. With this shalom peace in you, I tell you what, the enemy cannot touch you. Where's the proof?

1 John 5:18 says so. I read from New Living Translation here. 'We know that God's children do not make a practice of sinning, for God's Son holds them securely, and the evil one cannot touch them.'

Notice "God's Son" here. That's Jesus. God manifested in the flesh. He holds you securely, and you are safe in His hands. In fact, your future is safe in His hands. No matter what the 'storm' may be around you, or whatever happens in this world, in Christ, you are deeply and firmly secured in Him. He is the One who covers you. He is the One who protects you. He is the One who watches over you. Amen!

The word 'touch' here in 1 John 5:18 is interesting.  It is 'haptomai' in Greek. It can mean 'to set fire on something' or 'to deliberately cause something to burn'.

Maybe the enemy is trying to "set fire" on your works. Maybe the enemy is trying to "deliberately cause the works of your hands to be burned". The enemy doesn't want you to see good success. The enemy doesn't want you to rise up to be who God wants you to be. Now, we are not fighting flesh and blood. But these may be spiritual forces of darkness. And sometimes these spiritual forces of darkness can use human beings to do that against you.

The word 'touch' or 'haptomai' here can also mean 'to drive a wedge in your life'. What is 'to drive a wedge'? 'To drive a wedge' in this context is 'to cause your life or your situation to fall apart', or 'to cause your good relationship with someone important in your life to fall apart'.

The word 'touch' can also mean 'to cause a fight or trouble in your life'. When the Lord is causing you to rise up, or when you are on the way to fulfill your destiny, the enemy may try to cause trouble. But fear not, beloved. You know why? Because 1 John 5:18 says, 'The evil one cannot touch you'. But you've got to believe this. Believing, you shall receive.

Always remember that the Lord who is in you is greater than he that is in this world (1 John 4:4). As I was praying for someone recently, I saw a shield, a light shining over the person. And the arrows sent by the enemy cannot touch that person. So, I want to believe the same for you too. There's a shield over you. The arrows or the darts of the enemy cannot touch you. Because the Lord is with you. As long as you keep looking to the Lord, He will be with you.

We shall end this message with Luke 10:19. Jesus says, "Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you."

Serpents and scorpions here are 'pictures' of the power of the enemy (or the work of the enemy) against you. This can bite. This can sting. This can poison you. But because you have the authority from the Lord, and because you have this anointing from the Lord, nothing shall by any means hurt you.

What are the enemies in your life? Whatever these are, Jesus has promised that He has given you this authority over all the power of the enemy. Not 'some' of the power. But 'all' the power of the enemy. 'All' means 'all' here. He means what He says. Let's take Him at His Word.

The Lord says, "Release this message in this time and season." Because He wants to release His anointing and authority upon you. Yes, even the anointing for the supernatural. Receive by faith. Amen!

Break free from your past!

I had a dream the other day. In the dream, I saw someone I know who is God's beloved, and he is being constantly "haunted" by a certain idol of his past. The idol would just appear wherever he went, even though he had wanted to move on and forget those past. So, in the dream, I saw him struggling. He was struggling to ward off the idol. But the dream ended well. Eventually, with the help of other godly people, they all caught hold of the idol and broke it into pieces. That beloved of God was then set free. There's a breaking free. There's a new found joy for him. There's a fresh new start for him.

The Lord then spoke:

"Whatever from the past that has been 'haunting' you, there's now a breaking free! This is the time for breaking free! Because I want you to embrace the new. The new and exciting things ahead of you. Receive the anointing to break free from the past that holds you back and ties you up. Receive the anointing to break free from whatever curse that has bound you all these while. This is the time to receive such anointing. No more shall you be bound. There's a release right now. Receive also the joy that comes from heaven!"

What is the meaning of 'to break free'? This can mean 'to escape from someone's hold'. In this case, someone you want to 'escape' from. This can mean 'to escape from the control of a person, group, or practice.' So, 'to break free' is 'to escape or to be released from such control.' 'To break free' can also mean 'to escape from whatever that bounds or imprisons you.'

For you, beloved, it may not be like that person in the dream. It may not be a certain idol. It may be a certain person in the past. Of course, that person may not even know it. But in your memory, that person has been 'haunting' you. Or it may be an incident in the past that keeps 'haunting' you. Whatever it may be, there's one thing in common that you have with that person in the dream. What is that? You just want to move on. You don't want to be bound and tied up anymore by those memories of the past. Now, it may even be someone you fell in love with in the past or in your younger days, but things didn't work out. And you want to move on from there.

So, different people different. Different people has different experience in life. Each of us has our own story in life. Today is the day of breaking free from those unpleasant memories. Receive the anointing by faith. I want to declare upon you, by faith, that you can now look ahead to the many new things, good things, ahead of you! Also, receive a new found joy and even new purpose in your life! The power of God is at hand right now to set you free, to cause you to break free, from whatever that has bound you!

Isaiah 61:1-2 (NKJV) says, 'The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me, because the Lord has anointed Me to preach good tidings to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound; to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all who mourn.'

Here, the prophet Isaiah spoke about Jesus, the Messiah. This has been fulfilled when Jesus came on earth. When He was in the synagogue in His hometown in Nazareth, He opened the scroll and read it, and said this has been fulfilled. That's in Luke chapter 4.

So, this anointing has come. And in Christ Jesus, you can receive too. Yes, the anointing to set you free! The anointing for you to break free from whatever that ties you up!

The word 'anoint' here is 'mashach' in Hebrew. It literally means 'to rub or sprinkle on with oil'. It can also mean 'to consecrate (or set apart) for the good works, for what's ahead of you'.

For example, the priests in the Old Testament were anointed with oil before they began to serve the Lord. The oil that was rubbed on the head of those priests were an outward representation of the real spiritual work that's going on inside of them. That's for the priests in the Old Testament. But for you in the New Covenant, it works the same. It is a sign of the Holy Spirit upon your life, that the power of God is at hand to set you free and to empower you for what's ahead of you!

If you look at Isaiah 61:1-2 just now, you'd see the word 'liberty'. The word 'liberty' here is 'deror' in Hebrew. It can mean 'to be free (from what bounds you), to move on (from the past), to clear away (from the past), to have a fresh new start'.

Isaiah 61:3 (NKJV) says, 'To console those who mourn in Zion, to give them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they may be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified.'

You see here? Exchanging ashes with beauty. Exchanging mourning with joy of the Lord. Exchanging spirit of heaviness with praise. Instead of ashes, you have beauty. Instead of mourning, you have the joy of the Lord. Yes, your mourning turned into dancing. Dance of joy! And instead of spirit of heaviness, whatever that burdens you, you begin to praise the Lord! Praising the Lord with the liberty in your spirit and soul! And the Lord is right now releasing the oil of joy from heaven upon you!

Those days, when people were in mourning, ashes would be put on the head. But now, the joy of the Lord is upon you! The oil of the Lord is put on your head instead!

Now, why 'ashes'? When something gets burned and turned into ashes, it cannot be physically restored anymore. It's hopeless. It's gone. It cannot be turned back to the original shape before it's being burned. But you know what? Here, the Lord is doing a miracle. The ashes turned into something of a beauty again! That's what He is doing in your life right now. Receive this by faith!

Isaiah 61:4 (NKJV) says, 'And they shall rebuild the old ruins, they shall raise up the former desolations, and they shall repair the ruined cities, the desolation of many generations.'

Even though this chapter is specifically referring to Israel, but this applies to you too who is God's beloved. You can receive all these promises in Isaiah 61 as well.

God loves you, and He wants to restore and rebuild whatever in your life that has been ruined and broken down. So, this is your time for restoration and repair. No matter how deep the hurts may be, nothing is impossible for the Lord to repair and restore. Yes, repairing and restoring your life.

So right now, beloved, surrender your situation to the Lord. Surrender all those past that have been pulling you back and holding you back. Maybe you feel that you have been tied up. Maybe you feel that you cannot move ahead to embrace the new that the Lord has for you. The Lord is saying to you right now that there's hope for you. Today, you can be set free. Today, the anointing has been rubbed on you. You can break free to embrace the new that the Lord has for you! Hallelujah!

Receive the key to "pray heaven down"!

In the midst of what seems to be "hell on earth" in many places nowadays, the Lord has a good news for you. He has given you the power to "pray heaven down"!

Yes, "pray heaven down" upon your life, your career, your business, your health, your household, or in any area of your life! Never underestimate the power of your prayer. Because God can do mighty things and great miracles through you!

Let's go to the Scripture now. James 5:16-18 says, '...The earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results. Elijah was as human as we are, and yet when he prayed earnestly that no rain would fall, none fell for three and a half years! Then, when he prayed again, the sky sent down rain and the earth began to yield its crops.'

Yes, receive the anointing like that of Elijah's! Receive this anointing for such a time as this! Whatever you pray, as long as you pray according to His will and His leading, it shall come to pass, and you shall see it happening!

What is the key to receive this anointing?

Matthew 16:13-16 says, 'When Jesus came into the region of Caesarea Philippi, He asked His disciples, saying, "Who do men say that I, the Son of Man, am?" So they said, "Some say John the Baptist, some Elijah, and others Jeremiah or one of the prophets." He said to them, "But who do you say that I am?" Simon Peter answered and said, "You are the Christ, the Son of the living God."'

Matthew 16:17 says, 'Jesus answered and said to him, "Blessed are you, Simon Bar-Jonah, for flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but My Father who is in heaven."'

Here, you see that Simon Peter had the revelation of who Jesus is, that He is not like any prophet or teacher that have walked on this earth. He is more than that! He is the Son of the living God! He is God became flesh!

In Matthew 16:19, Jesus said further, "And I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven."

What does this Scripture verse mean?

Whatever you 'lock', it shall be 'locked'! Whatever you 'unlock', it shall be 'unlocked'! Whatever you 'stop', it shall be 'stopped'! Whatever you 'release', it shall be 'released'!

So, people of God, if you declare a stop to a certain problem, it shall be stopped in the spirit, and in turn, be reflected in the physical realm on earth!

That's how you can "pray heaven down"!

It means you pray on earth in His name, and it happens in the spiritual realm, and in turn, it will be seen and reflected in the physical realm! In other words, heaven comes down! And the good news is this can happen in any area of your life!

You see, that's how powerful you are, if you have the revelation of who Jesus is in your life! He is not just a man, or a human prophet, or a human teacher. But He is God who came on earth in the flesh! He is the Son of the living God! Without Him, nothing was made that was made!

John 1:1-4 says, 'In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men.'

John 1:12-14 says, 'But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.'

As you declare that He is the Son of the living God, He is the Word of God became flesh, He came and dwelt among us, and we behold His glory, you know what? This glory falls on us! This glory comes with it the anointing and the power of His Spirit! And as you receive Him by faith, He has given you this right to become His children. That's how you're entering into the realm of the supernatural! And that's when whatever you bind on earth, it shall be bound! And whatever you release on earth, it shall be released!

So, as you declare the release of "heaven on earth", bringing hope in this hopeless world, and bringing truth to this world full of lies, you are "praying heaven down"! You are praying God's kingdom come, and God's will be done!

In addition to your own life and your own situation, on the macro level, pray for God's kingdom come, and God's will be done even upon the nation (or the nations) that God has put in your heart to pray for. Yes, pray for the Lord to intervene and prevent certain evil from happening to the nation (or the nations) that you are praying for.

If you know that the Lord has put in your heart to pray for a certain nation in this world, just obey Him. Pray according to what He has put in your heart to pray. There is a very intense spiritual battle for the nations in the world right now. This is a crucial time to pray. This is a crucial time to receive the anointing and the power to pray and to declare God's words into the spiritual realm. As you declare into the spiritual realm, it shall be reflected in the physical realm. It shall come to pass. You shall see this happening. Because you are praying in the name of Jesus, the mighty name of Jesus, the Son of the living God, the King of kings, and the Lord of lords!

Ezekiel 22:30 says, 'So I sought for a man among them who would make a wall, and stand in the gap before Me on behalf of the land...'

What's the background of this Bible verse? At that time, there was no one willing to 'stand in the gap'. But may you be one of those who would 'stand in the gap'!

How do you 'stand in the gap'? You 'stand in the gap' through your prayers! In other words, you can "pray heaven down" or pray the perfect will of God upon the nation (or the nations) that God has put in your heart to pray for. Pray for His will be done. Pray for His light to shine. Pray for His glory to fall. When light comes, darkness has to flee! You can declare all this in the spirit!

What other areas can you also pray for the nation (or the nations)? Pray for the right people to be raised up by the Lord for such a time as this! Pray for the "Samuels" of today. Pray for the "Esthers" of today. Pray for the "Davids" of today. Amen!

Apostle Paul wrote this in 1 Timothy 2:1-4, 'Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.'

The word 'intercessions' here is 'enteuxis' in Greek, from the word 'entugchano'. This word can mean 'to visit, to fall upon, to effect upon, to make it happen'.

So, as you do your part through your prayers, God is going to visit! God is going to effect His power upon! God is going to make it happen! His kingdom come, and His will be done on earth as it is in heaven!

What if you do not have the exact words to pray? Just pray in the spirit. Because praying in the spirit is praying in the perfect will of God!

Right now, let heaven be open! Let there be a release of God's anointing upon you! Let there be a release of God's power upon you! Let God's hands touch your hands! Lift up your hands, and let His power fall on you! Like the rain that falls on earth! Receive by faith. Hallelujah!

Prayer:

"O Lord God, we "pray heaven down". We pray for all the goodness of heaven be upon us. We pray for Your light to shine in the midst of the darkness. We pray for Your perfect will be done in each of our lives, and even for the nation and the nations You have put in our hearts to pray for. Let Your wisdom and revelation flow. Let Your glory fall. Let Your power be seen. In Jesus' name. Amen."

How to break the yoke of sorrow and receive joy?

During a prayer meeting the other day, the Lord showed me a vision. In the vision, I saw the power of darkness putting some kind of blanket over certain people and homes, even certain cities, towns, and countries. This power of darkness caused the sunlight to be hindered, and as a consequence, the spiritual atmosphere over that place or that home became stale, dull, and damp. Then, I saw joy, the joy of the Lord, being squeezed out from that place. I saw that blanket sent by the forces of darkness covered the people with sorrow. There's like a yoke and heavy burden of sorrows being wrapped over that place, or that family, or that person.

The Lord then spoke to me to take authority and bind those yoke of sorrow.

He spoke further:

"There's a fresh release of My anointing to break and destroy every yoke of sorrow right now. Sorrow is being dissipated and dispersed. When the sorrow is gone, the joy that comes from Me, that comes from heaven, is going to take over. Receive this joy from heaven! Receive a fresh new lease of life from heaven!"

Beloved of God, if you have been going through a situation when suddenly you are overwhelmed with sorrow for no reason, or suddenly you are overwhelmed with hopelessness and purposelessness in your life, this message is for you.

Yes, right now, receive this anointing to break and destroy every sorrow in your life, and receive the joy of the Lord which is your strength!

Maybe recently some of you have heard of certain news that caused your heart to feel like your heart is dropping, or your heart feels like being crushed. Or you may have heard of something from someone or received news from someone that breaks your heart. Or maybe someone has told you certain matters that caused your heart to be sad. It may be a hurtful news. It may be a hurtful thing said and done by someone whom you care for, or whom you love, or someone who matters to you. Whatever it may be, whatever that causes you to be sorrowful, the Lord has a good news for you today. The Lord knows it, and the Lord knows how to put a stop to those sorrows in your life.

Let's go to the Scripture now.

Psalm 30:11-12 (NLT) says, 'You have turned my mourning into joyful dancing. You have taken away my clothes of mourning and clothed me with joy, that I might sing praises to you and not be silent. O Lord my God, I will give you thanks forever!'

The word 'joy' here is 'simkhaw' in Hebrew, which can mean 'gladness, rejoicing, celebration'. Yes beloved, always find reasons to celebrate in your life, no matter how small the reason may be. The Lord wants you to celebrate all of His goodness in your life. And of course, the Lord wants you to live a life of thanksgiving and gratefulness. Give thanks to Him in everything, yes, even in advance for the good things that are to come in your life!

Jeremiah 31:13 (NLT) says, 'The young women will dance for joy - and the men old and young - will join in the celebration. I will turn their mourning into joy. I will comfort them and exchange their sorrow for rejoicing.'

Even though this verse is specifically for the people of Israel and the Lord's promise of restoration for Israel, but this can apply to you (God's beloved) too. The Lord is telling you there's hope for restoration in your life as well!

This word 'joy' here is 'sawsone' in Hebrew, which can mean 'cheerful, welcoming, rejoicing'. Let me explain. Why the word 'welcoming' here? The joy of knowing you are always welcome into God's presence as you draw near to Him in worship, and the joy of knowing you are always welcome to partake in all the goodness that the Lord wants you to have and experience! Now, knowing this, your sorrow will be lifted away, and joy comes in your life! You see, weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning!

You may have gone through a time of mourning and sorrow, or you are under certain bondage of sorrow, but the good news for you today is God has promised to turn all this into joy! The joy of knowing you are loved with an everlasting love of the Lord. The joy of knowing that God is here to restore you and repair you. The joy of knowing that there is hope and purpose in your life, no matter what had happened in your past. The joy of knowing that the Lord your God is greater than any form of sorrow that is being sent against you. Amen! That's what Jeremiah 31:13 mean here!

You see, you are living in the spiritual realm, the heavenly realm, even though you are on earth. Now, in the heavenly realm, there's no sorrow. In His presence is fullness of joy. So, walk in this presence. Walk in this heavenly realm. Walk in this joy of the Lord. Amen!

Isaiah 61:1-3 (NLT) says, 'The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is upon me, for the Lord has anointed me to bring good news to the poor. He has sent me to comfort the brokenhearted and to proclaim that captives will be released and prisoners will be freed. He has sent me to tell those who mourn that the time of the Lord's favor has come, and with it, the day of God's anger against their enemies. To all who mourn in Israel, he will give a crown of beauty for ashes, a joyous blessing instead of mourning, festive praise instead of despair...'

You see here? The Lord wants to bless you with this joy, the joy that comes only from Him, the joy that comes from heaven. Not only that! Look here. 'Festive praise instead of despair'. Wow! That's celebration! Festive praise! And not just that! He is also turning your ashes into beauty. Now, what does 'ashes' symbolize here? 'Ashes' speaks of 'hopelessness'. 'Ashes' speaks of 'mourning'. When things turn into ashes, there's no way to restore it again and to make it whole. But that's how the world sees it and how the world thinks. But to God, even ashes can be restored into something beautiful again!

Indeed, this is the time for your vindication. This is the time for a turn around in your life. Yes, this is the time the Lord is turning things around for you! So, rejoice and be glad therefore! Give thanks to Him, for He is good and His mercy endures forever! Hallelujah!

Isaiah 61:7 (NLT) says, 'Instead of shame and dishonor, you will enjoy a double share of honor. You will possess a double portion of prosperity in your land, and everlasting joy will be yours.'

Whatever trouble, shame, or dishonor sent by the enemy against you in your life, you are now receiving double share of honor. That's what the Scripture say! And look here. 'Everlasting joy will be yours'. Not a temporary joy that the world gives, but everlasting joy directly from heaven to you! Now, this joy cannot be destroyed by anything or anyone in this world. Because this joy is from God. Amen!

Let's continue with Nehemiah 8:9-10 (NLT). "Don't mourn or weep on such a day as this! For today is a sacred day before the Lord your God." And Nehemiah continued, "Go and celebrate with a feast of rich foods and sweet drinks, and share gifts of food with people who have nothing prepared. This is a sacred day before our Lord. Don't be dejected and sad, for the joy of the Lord is your strength!"

You see the words 'the joy of the Lord is your strength' here? It means the joy of the Lord is your strength to carry on and to look forward in life! Without this strength, it is not easy to carry on in life and to look forward. So you see, this joy from the Lord is the key. This joy of the Lord is the key to your strength, and with this strength, you can carry on, and you can move forward in your life. Hallelujah!

Nehemiah 8:12 (NLT) says, 'So the people went away to eat and drink at a festive meal, to share gifts of food, and to celebrate with great joy because they had heard God's words and understood them.'

In that context, they were eating rich foods and drinking sweet drinks, literally. But it can also symbolize receiving spiritual food and spiritual drink. The Word of God. The Spirit of God. Word and Spirit. Spirit and Word. So, keep eating the rich from the Lord and drinking the sweet from the Lord!

Last but not least, to take authority and to bind every stray thought. Now, this is a very important principle to kill off whatever sorrow and to receive joy. Never entertain even for a few seconds those thoughts that are sent by the enemy. Never let those thoughts grow and fester. Don't let what's in your past to linger in your mind. Because if you don't let go of your past, you cannot move ahead. Now, anything that is a joy-killer and joy-stealer, take authority against it! It means whatever that kills or steals your joy, you take authority! No one and nothing in this world can or should be able to take away and rob away God's joy in your life!

So, take authority and bind all those stray thoughts and negative thoughts! Cast those down! Set your mind free! Receive this anointing from the Lord to set you free! And that's how you are free and you are free indeed! Set free from every bondage of sorrow, and walking in the joy of the Lord. Amen!

Prayer:

"O Lord God, we receive this joy that comes directly from You. We receive a fresh release of Your anointing that breaks and destroys every yoke of sorrow in our lives right now. Yes, we see all these sorrows dissipated and dispersed. You have turned things around for our lives. You have turned our sorrows into joy, our mourning into dancing. We therefore now take authority and bind every stray thought or negative thought that's been sent by the enemy against us. In You, O Lord, we triumph! In You, O Lord, we receive Your joy which is our strength! In You, O Lord, we see our hope and restoration! In You, O Lord, we have our victory! In Jesus' name. Amen!"

Prophetic words: A time to receive fresh anointing and new strength!

The Lord says:

"The door that I've opened for you, no man can shut. The calling, vision and purpose that I've shown to you, no power of the enemy can take it away. So, fear not! Keep receiving My strength to run with My calling in your life! Keep looking to Me for My goodness and My victory in your life! Keep trusting in My name and My guidance for your life! The best is yet to come! You are entering a new season of breakthrough in your life! What I've spoken, no man or work of the enemy can reverse it!"

The Lord says further:

"This is the season I am releasing a fresh anointing and authority to you! There will be new assignments for you. There will be new surprises for you. There will be new doors of opportunity for you. Your part is to look to Me and receive by faith."

Indeed, beloved of God, look not behind you, but look ahead of you. Look to the Lord. Because the Lord is about to show you His glory, His goodness, and His victory! This is your season for your breakthrough! Receive these words by faith!

Isaiah 43:18-19 (NKJV) says, 'Do not remember the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing. Now it shall spring forth. Shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.'

You may have read these verses many times in your life. But this is that time and season! This is the time and season that He is doing a new thing in your life! Don't miss this time and season! And when He opens the door for you, no man can shut! But you've got to do one thing. You've got to not look behind you. You've got to look ahead and look forward in your life. Yes, look forward to the many new things that He has in store for your life!

Isaiah 43:18-19 (NLT) says, 'But forget all that - it is nothing compared to what I am going to do. For I am about to do something new. See, I have already begun! Do you not see it? I will make a pathway through the wilderness. I will create rivers in the dry wasteland.'

Forget about those "trophies" or those "acclaims" of your past. You can cherish them of course, but do not just remain there. Instead, keep looking forward and keep running with the Lord's new assignments for your life. Why? Because greater things are in store for you. The best is yet to come!

This is also the time to receive new strength from the Lord! Yes, this is the time to rise up and run with this new strength that the Lord is giving you!

Exodus 23:25-27 (NKJV) says, 'So you shall serve the Lord your God, and He will bless your bread and your water. And I will take sickness away from the midst of you. No one shall suffer miscarriage or be barren in your land. I will fulfill the number of your days. I will send My fear before you, I will cause confusion among all the people to whom you come, and I will make all your enemies turn their backs to you.'

The Lord will ensure that you will not be barren. Your 'land' will be fertile and fruitful. You will be well provided for, and you will be well protected. Not only that, the Lord will give you long, full, and abundant life. That's what the Scripture says here. Believe for it!

In fact, the enemy will be terrified, because the Lord is with you. They will flee from you, wherever the Lord leads you, and wherever the Lord puts you! As you walk hand in hand with the Lord, and as you obey His instructions every step of the way, the work of darkness will have to hands off you! This is the Lord's promise for you!

Exodus 23:28-30 (NKJV) says, 'And I will send hornets before you, which shall drive out the Hivite, the Canaanite, and the Hittite from before you... Little by little I will drive them out from before you, until you have increased, and you inherit the land.'

Indeed, the 'land' and the 'ground' that the Lord has given to you, the Lord also says you shall see your increase! Whatever the Lord has given to you, no one can take it away! You will triumph! You will see your victory! So, in spite of the current situation that you may be facing, whatever 'doom' or 'gloom' that you may be facing at the moment, or if you are surrounded by the power of the enemy against you, fear not! Because the Lord has promised that you shall see your increase, and your path is going to shine brighter and brighter!

As He leads, you follow. You will not go wrong if you follow Him. But one thing that you need to do is to continue to humble yourself under the mighty hand of God. Humility is always the precondition before great things happen. This is consistent in the whole Scripture. Humility always comes first, and then honor comes. The opposite is also true. With pride is downfall.

Proverbs 18:12 (NKJV) says, 'Before destruction the heart of a man is haughty, and before honor is humility.'

The word 'humility' here is 'anawvaw' in Hebrew. It can mean 'a heart that is lowly and down-to-earth'. It can mean 'a heart that is not lifted up'. In the context of our lives before the Lord, 'a heart that is in full submission to the Lord'. It means when He says so, you say so; and when He says no, you say no. It means you walk in full obedience and submission to the Lord. This is humility before the Lord. And when there is humility, there will be honor.

Proverbs 29:23 (NKJV) says, 'A man's pride will bring him low, but the humble in spirit will retain honor.'

Interestingly, this English word 'humble' comes from the Latin word 'humilis', which means 'lowly'. This word 'humilis' in turn comes from the word 'humus', which means 'ground'. In other words, 'to be humble' is 'to stay down-to-earth', or 'to stay grounded', no matter what. You may have heard the saying that goes 'honesty is the best policy'. Now of course, being honest is a good virtue. Keep it up. But I tell you what, in the spiritual world, in the spiritual realm, staying humble is an essential key to receiving honor. This is where Lucifer failed. So, it's not just 'honesty is the best policy', but 'humility is also the best policy', especially in the spiritual sense. Because with pride comes downfall. But with humility comes honor.

Let's get back to our prophetic words today. We go all the way to Joshua 1:1-3 now. These are familiar verses for many of us. But this is that time, this is that season for you to receive all that the Lord has spoken in Joshua 1! We've looked at what the Lord has spoken to Moses. But now, we shall look at what the Lord has spoken to Joshua. Indeed, after Moses, it's Joshua's time! And yes, your Joshua's time has come! It's a new beginning! I heard from the Lord that indeed many of God's people at this juncture of their lives, they are in this transition right now. They are in this transition from Moses' time to Joshua's time!

Joshua 1:1-3 (NKJV) says, 'After the death of Moses the servant of the Lord, it came to pass that the Lord spoke to Joshua the son of Nun, Moses' assistant, saying: "Moses My servant is dead. Now therefore, arise, go over this Jordan, you and all this people, to the land which I am giving to them - the children of Israel. Every place that the sole of your foot will tread upon I have given you, as I said to Moses."'

Joshua 1:5-7 (NKJV) says, 'No man shall be able to stand before you all the days of your life; as I was with Moses, so I will be with you. I will not leave you nor forsake you. Be strong and of good courage, for to this people you shall divide as an inheritance the land which I swore to their fathers to give them. Only be strong and very courageous, that you may observe to do according to all the law which Moses My servant commanded you; do not turn from it to the right hand or to the left, that you may prosper wherever you go.'

Indeed, do not turn to the left or to the right, but turn to the Lord! The Lord is giving you a new vision. The Lord is giving you a new purpose. The Lord is giving you a new assignment that's going to catapult you and propel you to greater heights and greater victories, both in the spiritual realm and also in the physical realm. Receive this by faith!

So, what is the time and season for you right now? It's your 'Joshua' time! Just don't look back, but look ahead of you. Receive a fresh anointing from the Lord right now! Receive a new strength from the Lord right now! Receive the victory and breakthrough for your life right now! And begin to experience the goodness of God in your life like never before. Amen!

Prophetic words: A time to repair, redo and restore!

The Lord says:

"For you who do My will, the enemy may be trying to attack you or do harm against you recently, be it in words, in works, or even in the physical body. But fear not! Because I have overcome for you! My blood covers you and My anointing destroys every curse that the enemy speak against you. Look to Me, and watch how I overturn and push back what the enemy does against you!"

So, people of God, if you have been attacked left and right by the enemy recently, fear not! Because the Lord has overcome for you. And He is overturning and pushing back whatever the enemy does against you!

In Luke 10:19 (NKJV), Jesus Himself says, "Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you."

See the words 'nothing shall by any means hurt you'? Nothing whatsoever! And the Lord has given you the authority over all the power of the enemy! Not some, but all! So right now, in the name of Jesus, take authority over all the works and words of darkness that come against you, and hold the Blood of Jesus Christ against all these. Amen!

In Acts 28:1-6, Apostle Paul, having escaped the shipwreck due to the stormy weather, landed in an island called Malta. The natives in the island showed kindness to him and those who were shipwrecked, because of the rain that was falling and because it was cold. But when Paul had gathered a bundle of sticks and laid them on the fire, a viper came out because of the heat and fastened on his hand.

But you know what? Paul shook off the viper and he suffered no harm.

In cross-reference, remember what Luke 10:19 says? For those who walk with God and do His will, nothing shall by any means hurt them!

By the way, 'serpents and scorpions' are 'pictures' of the danger or harm caused by the enemy against God's people.

Back to Acts 28:1-6. The natives of the island were actually expecting Paul to swell up or suddenly drop dead, because a viper's bite could be fatal. But after they had looked for a long time and saw no harm came to him, they changed their mind about him and concluded that he was a god! Of course Paul was just a man used by the Lord God Almighty, and they didn't know it at that time.

Therefore, be encouraged today, people of God! Whatever people may say against you, whatever people try to do harm against you, or whatever the enemy try to do harm against you, fear not, if you are flowing with the Holy Spirit, and you are just doing what the Lord tells you to do and to be. They may try to cause a dent to you. They may try to attack you. But the Lord has overcome for you. And the Blood of Jesus is effective to cover you. Not only that. You are going to see yourself being used even greater by the Lord! And this was exactly what happened to Paul at that time!

In Acts 28:7-10, it happened that the father of Publius (a leading citizen in the island) was sick with fever and dysentery (a condition in the intestines that causes diarrhea containing blood). Paul then prayed for this father of Publius, and he was healed. The healing power of the Lord flowed through Paul! And when the rest of the people in the island heard about this, all who had diseases also came to Paul to be prayed for, and they too were healed. Hallelujah!

Right now, it is the same for you! The healing anointing is being released to you right now! Receive by faith! Be healed and stay healed, in Jesus' name! Not only this healing anointing is being released to heal you, this healing anointing is also being released through you, that as you pray for others, this healing will also flow to others! This is the message for this time and season for you, that your time to receive your healing, wholeness and wellness has come! Believe and receive by faith!

The Lord says further:

"This is the time to repair, redo, and restore; be it in your spirit, your soul, your physical body, or even in a relationship. It's not too late yet. There's still time for you to let Me repair, redo, and restore you. Receive My Spirit and My power to heal and restore you. And receive My wisdom to redo what I have spoken for you to redo in your life."

Yes, I heard these three words for this time and season: Repair, redo, and restore. Let the Lord repair your life. Let the Lord redo your life. Let the Lord restore your life.

What is 'repair'? 'Repair' means 'to fix something that is broken, torn or damaged'. Is there any area in your life that has been broken, torn or damaged? Maybe by the devil against you, or by people against you. But the Lord says He is repairing you, and He is fixing it for you right now; whether in your spirit, your soul, your physical body, or even in any relationship that the Lord has started for you and opened the door for you!

What is 'redo'? 'Redo' means 'to do something again or in a different way'. It can mean you have done something right before, but you have become stagnant; and the Lord is now reviving it, re-firing it, and causing you to do it again! But it can also mean 'to do something in a different way'. Maybe what you used to do in the past does not apply anymore for this new time and season that the Lord has opened for you. And the Lord is teaching you to do it in a different way. Maybe it's in a ministry. Maybe it's in your vocation. Maybe it's in the way you do business. The Lord is right now giving you the wisdom to do it in a new way in this new time and season, because if you still do what you used to do in your old time and season and try to apply it in this new time and season, it may not work. The new wine is to be contained in the new wineskin, not the old wineskin. Otherwise the old wineskin will burst!

What is 'restore'? 'Restore' means 'to put something back to its original or pristine (unspoiled) state'. Maybe certain aspects of your life have been broken by the enemy, and the Lord is right now bringing you back and putting you back to what He has originally meant for you to be! He is restoring you back to His blessing that carries no sorrow with it! He is restoring you back to your divine health and divine strength! He is restoring you back to His divine purposes and plans for your life! Hallelujah!

Prayer

"O Lord God, we thank You because You have overcome for us, and therefore, nothing that is thrown by the enemy against us shall by any means hurt us. We thank You for Your Spirit who lives in us, and Your power that works in us and through us. We let You repair, redo, and restore any area of our lives that has been broken, torn or damaged. We receive Your healing, wholeness and wellness now. In the name of Jesus. Amen."

Receive the warrior anointing!

The Lord has spoken for this time:

"The anointing of a warrior has been released to My people! Receive by faith! This is your time to take authority and cut off all those works of darkness that try to oppress you! This is your time to stand up to be who I have ordained you to be! This is your time to see your deliverance and victory, whatever attack or oppression you may be facing at the moment!"

Somebody shout "Hallelujah!" It is a warrior anointing that has been released upon you!

Judges 6:3-4 (NKJV) says, 'So it was, whenever Israel had sown, Midianites would come up; also Amalekites and the people of the East would come up against them. Then they would encamp against them and destroy the produce of the earth as far as Gaza, and leave no sustenance for Israel, neither sheep nor ox nor donkey.'

Here, the power of the enemy that comes against you is symbolized by the Midianites who came against Israel at that time. Whenever Israel had sown, the enemy would wreak havoc.

Judges 6:5-6 (NKJV) says, 'For they would come up with their livestock and their tents, coming in as numerous as locusts; both they and their camels were without number; And they would enter the land to destroy it. So Israel was greatly impoverished because of the Midianites, and the children of Israel cried out to the Lord.'

The locusts here can speak of the power of darkness that tries to devour and destroy God's people's works. And what happened to Israel? Israel was greatly impoverished. And that's when they cried out to the Lord.

Are you in a same situation as the Israelites those days, and you are faced with all those works of darkness or oppression coming against you? And you are saying "Enough is enough!"

Judges 6:7 (NKJV) says, 'And it came to pass, when the children of Israel cried out to the Lord because of the Midianites...'

Maybe you have been facing some challenges or the oppression by the enemy at the moment. It may be your health situation, your financial situation, your career situation, your ministry situation, your business situation, or your family problems. Whatever it may be, take heart. The Lord is with you. The Lord is giving you the anointing today to overcome!

I want to declare in Jesus' name that you shall see your deliverance and victory, even as you stand up, rise up, and receive the warrior anointing from the Lord today!

Judges 6:11-12 (NKJV) says, 'Now the Angel of the Lord came and sat under the terebinth tree which was in Ophrah, which belonged to Joash the Abiezrite, while his son Gideon threshed wheat in the winepress, in order to hide it from the Midianites. And the Angel of the Lord appeared to him (Gideon), and said to him, "The Lord is with you, you mighty man of valor!"'

Even as the people of God cried out to the Lord, the Lord answered. The same it is with you. The Lord is here to answer you. The Lord is not nowhere. The Lord is now here. See the word 'Now'? And the Lord is saying to you right now, "The Lord is with you, you mighty man (or woman) of valor!"

What is the word 'valor' here? This word is 'khahyil' in Hebrew. It speaks of 'bravery, strength, and efficiency, like a warrior'. So, when the anointing of the Lord has come upon you, you will have this valor! You will have this supernatural bravery, strength, wisdom, favor, and authority, like that of a warrior! Now remember you are not fighting flesh and blood. You are coming against the power of darkness, all those works or words of the enemy that come against you to try to oppress and destroy you.

How about the name 'Gideon'? 'Gideon' simply means 'Warrior, Feller, Destroyer'. 'Feller' as in to fell the work of the enemy. This word 'Gideon' comes from the Hebrew word 'Gada', meaning 'to cut off, to cut down, to break in pieces'.

So, people of God, when you receive the warrior anointing today, you have the authority to cut off, to cut down, and to break in pieces all those works or words of darkness that come against you!

So right now, take authority over the power of darkness that tries to oppress or destroy you, whatever your 'Midianite' situation may be. If you are one of those who have said "Enough is enough!" of all those 'bullying' by the enemy, then right now, receive the power to cut off, to cut down, and to break in pieces the power of the enemy that come against you! Hallelujah!

Do not miss this time and season. This is your time to receive the anointing and the new authority from the Lord! You will rise up to be who He wants you to be, and to be who He has ordained you to be!

Judges 6:14 (NKJV) says, 'Then the Lord turned to him (Gideon) and said, "Go in this might of yours, and you shall save Israel from the hand of the Midianites. Have I not sent you?"'

Indeed, the Lord is sending you forth to fulfill all that He has purposed for you. So, go with this anointing today. Do not look back. Do not look at your past. Just look ahead. And you are going to see many greater days ahead of you!

The word 'sent' here is 'shalach' in Hebrew, and it can mean 'to appoint, to shoot forth, to set things forth, to stretch out hand'. It means the Lord's hand is upon your hand. The Lord's outstretched hand is mighty and powerful, and He works miracles, signs and wonders. And because His outstretched hand is with your hand, is there anything (or anyone) in this world that you should be afraid of? No!

So, fear not, because the Lord's hand is with you, and He is sending you forth, He is shooting you forth, and His anointing goes with you! He will set things in order for you, and He will set things forth for you! Because it is the Lord who has appointed you for such a time as this!

With this anointing, there was a change of identity for Gideon. The same it is for your life as well. You are never the same again. With this new identity, you have the new authority that comes from the Lord, and not from man. Walk therefore in this new authority that the Lord has given to you. And you'll be sure to see your deliverance and victory, just as Gideon did! Hallelujah!

Get ready for your new assignment!

Welcome to the borderless ministry of Triumph in Christ! Every week, we release to you spiritual updates. Some people in the world may release weekly economic update or political update, but we release to you weekly spiritual updates, i.e. what is currently happening in the spiritual realm at the moment or in this time and season.

For more information about this ministry, visit https://www.triumphinchrist.today/

This ministry is an apostolic, prophetic, and teaching ministry to the Body of Christ. So, wherever you are, and in whichever country, city, town, or village you may be, we are here to minister to you and release God's words for this time and season for you!

Here's what the Lord says for now:

"This is an important time to look forward. You cannot afford to look back. Keep your eyes on what is ahead, and not what is behind you. Look to Me and keep your eyes fixed on Me, no matter what happens around you in this world, be it in the geopolitics world or economic world, or even in the Body of Christ."

One of the areas that the Lord has spoken earlier this year regarding 2022 is there's going to be shaking in the geopolitics world, economic world, and even in the Body of Christ. You know why? Because God is purifying. God is preparing His bride for the coming of the Bridegroom Jesus Christ.

So, whatever happens, keep your eyes on the Lord. Fix your eyes on Him and His Word, and not on all those shaking that's happening around you.

The Lord says further:

"Elisha looked at Elijah as he went up on the chariot. If Elisha looked back or turned his eyes away from Elijah, he would have missed the anointing and the double portion, and he would have missed seeing My glory right in front of his eyes!"

Let's go to the background before Elijah went up to heaven. After the Mount Carmel victory against the 450 prophets of Baal and 400 prophets of Asherah, and the drought had ended, Elijah then escaped from Jezebel (the wife of king Ahab). At that time, Elijah was rather discouraged, and he wanted to die. God then began to encourage Elijah and gave Elijah new strength to look forward. And of course, a new assignment was given to Elijah!

So, here's the new assignment for Elijah in that new time and season. 1 Kings 19:15-16 says, 'Then the Lord said to him (Elijah): "Go, return on your way to the Wilderness of Damascus; and when you arrive, anoint Hazael as king over Syria. Also you shall anoint Jehu the son of Nimshi as king over Israel. And Elisha the son of Shaphat of Abel Meholah you shall anoint as prophet in your place..."'

1 Kings 19:19-20a says, 'So Elijah departed from there, and found Elisha the son of Shaphat, who was plowing with twelve yoke of oxen before him, and he was with the twelfth. Then Elijah passed by Elisha and threw his mantle on him. And he left the oxen and ran after Elijah, and said, "Please let me kiss my father and my mother, and then I will follow you."'

Elisha must have been a very industrious man, having twelve yoke of oxen. But you see here, when God called, he left it all and followed after God's call and the new assignment for him. So, not only Elijah had a new assignment, Elisha also had a new assignment from God!

For some of you, you are in a new season like Elisha. Of course for some of you, you are in a new season like Elijah. Whoever you are, whether you are like Elisha or whether you are like Elijah, the Lord is preparing you, the Lord is giving you a new assignment for this new season, and the Lord is going to show you His glory! Hallelujah!

That's why it's so important to keep looking to God and fix your eyes on God

What is the symbolic meaning of 'Elisha' and what is the symbolic meaning of 'Elijah' here?

The name 'Elisha' is 'Eliysha' or 'Eliyshuwa' in Hebrew, and it means 'God of supplication, God of riches'. It is symbolic of God setting you free to be who God wants you to be. God will supply, God will help, and God will provide, and yes, even in your new assignment!

The name 'Elijah' is 'Eliyah' or 'Eliyahuw' in Hebrew, and it means 'God of Jehovah'. 'Elijah' here therefore represents God who is YAH, the Self-Existent, the Eternal God. As Elisha followed Elijah, it is a 'picture' of you (like Elisha) setting your eyes on the Lord God, the God of Jehovah!

As God has spoken just now, do not look behind and do not look at your past, whatever your past may be, whether your past has been a success, your past has been a failure in your eyes, or your past has been good past, or your past has been not-so-good past. You see, Elisha actually had a good past. He was an industrious person. But when the Lord gave him a new assignment, he said, "Yes Sir! I'm going to follow!"

So, whatever your past may be, look ahead and look to God. You can learn from your past, but you don't linger in your past. Look forward. Don't miss what's ahead of you. Don't miss the glory of the Lord, the anointing, and the double portion that's coming!

As Elisha looked to Elijah, this speaks of you who look to the Lord your God. Though Elijah is just a man, but 'Elijah' here can be symbolic, and is a 'picture' of who God is! You see, Elisha would have missed the anointing and the double portion, and he would have missed witnessing the glory of the Lord right in front of his eyes, if his eyes were not fixed on Elijah. In other words, if Elisha looked back, turned away, or turned his eyes away, Elisha would have missed what God's doing!

2 Kings 2:8-9 says, 'Now Elijah took his mantle, rolled it up, and struck the water; and it was divided this way and that, so that the two of them crossed over on dry ground. So, the water of the river divided. And so it was, when they had crossed over, that Elijah said to Elisha, "Ask! What may I do for you, before I am taken away from you?" Elisha said, "Please let a double portion of your spirit be upon me."'

2 Kings 2:10 says, 'So he (Elijah) said, "You have asked a hard thing. Nevertheless, if you see me when I am taken from you, it shall be so for you; but if not, it shall not be so."'

Now, it shows that it's not the man Elijah who could give Elisha anything. It is God!

2 Kings 2:11-12 says, 'Then it happened, as they continued on and talked, that suddenly a chariot of fire appeared with horses of fire, and separated the two of them; and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven. And Elisha saw it, and he cried out, "My father, my father, the chariot of Israel and its horsemen!" So Elisha saw Elijah no more. And he took hold of his own clothes and tore them into two pieces.'

2 Kings 2:13-14 says, 'He (Elisha) also took up the mantle of Elijah that had fallen from him, and he went back and stood by the bank of the Jordan. Then he took the mantle of Elijah that had fallen from him, and struck the water, and said, "Where is the Lord God of Elijah?" And when he also had struck the water, it was divided this way and that; and Elisha crossed over.'

Hallelujah! By then, Elisha had received the anointing, and he was entering into a new assignment and a new season! The transition time was over. It's time to be the Elisha whom God has spoken for him to be! It is the same with you! Look not behind you, but look ahead! Like 'Elisha' who kept fixing his eyes on 'Elijah', you keep fixing your eyes on the Lord your God! And the Lord your God is going to show you great and awesome things that you know not of yet!

2 Kings 2:15 then says, 'Now when the sons of the prophets who were from Jericho saw Elisha, they said, "The spirit of Elijah rests on Elisha." And they came to meet him, and bowed to the ground before him.'

You see, people began to recognize the anointing and the new things that God was doing in Elisha's life. It is the same with you. People will begin to recognize the anointing that God has placed on you, the new things, and the new assignments that God has given to you.

So, keep receiving from the Lord. Keep looking ahead and looking forward. Because God is going to show you His glory! Though the world may be getting worse and worse (darker and darker), but the glory of the Lord shall be seen upon you clearer and clearer, and God's light shall shine on you brighter and brighter. Hallelujah!

Prayer: "O Lord God, we thank You for Your Word today. We set our eyes on You. We look to You. We look forward. We do not look back. We do not look behind us. But we look ahead of us. And no matter what happens around us in the world, the glory of the Lord in front of us is even greater! We do not want to miss the anointing. We do not want to miss the double portion. We do not want to miss Your glory. We want to be like the 'Elisha' of today. In the name of Jesus. Amen."
