I heard the Lord say these words recently:
"Unless the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain who build it. Keep building what I've called you to build! Keep doing what I've called you to do! For those who sow in tears shall reap with songs of joy!"
Psalm 127:1 says, 'Unless the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain who build it...' This word 'build' is 'banah' in Hebrew, literally meaning 'begin (to build) something, set up something'. Indeed, what the Lord has begun (to build) in you and through you, no one can take it away. But it is important to build only what He builds, lest you labor in vain.
Let Scripture interpret Scripture. In Philippians 1:6, apostle Paul wrote, 'Being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ'. See the word 'begun' here? Apostle Paul, a spiritual father and mentor to many in his days, knew the importance of building what the Lord builds! In Philippians 2:13-16, he wrote further, 'For it is God who works in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure. Do all things without complaining and disputing, that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world, holding fast the word of life, so that I may rejoice in the day of Christ that I have not run in vain or labored in vain'.
You see? It is God who works in you both to will and to do. And as you 'hold fast' to what He has spoken for you to do, whatever you build (or do) will not be in vain. This word 'works' is 'energeo' in Greek, literally meaning 'to actively work, to effectively work, to mightily work, to powerfully work, to fervently work'. And you guess it right! This word 'energeo' is where the English word 'energy' comes from!
And if He is the One who starts it, He is also the One who sees to it that it is completed! Your part is simply to allow and let Him work His work in you! Keep blessing people! Keep ministering to people! Keep praying for people! Keep building lives (whoever the Lord has sent to you)! In short, be faithful in all that He has called you to do!
And do not grow weary while doing good, for in due season, you will reap if you do not lose heart (Galatians 6:9). Those who sow in tears shall reap in joy. He who continually goes forth weeping, bearing seed for sowing, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him (Psalm 126:5).
Even when you are faced with critics or 'naysayers', do not lose heart! Keep building what the Lord builds! Keep doing what He has spoken for you to do! Look at Jesus in the Scripture. He was severely criticized by the 'religious establishment' during His days on earth. But He never reacted. He never fought back. Neither did He strike back. Instead, Acts 10:38 says He simply went about doing good, and continued doing the will of His Father!
The way to silence your critics is not by arguing with them or striking back! But to continue doing the good works the Lord has called you to do! Any proof in the Bible to back this up? Yes! 1 Peter 2:15 says, 'For this is the will of God, that by doing good you may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men'. In 2 Timothy 3:14-15, apostle Paul wrote these to his spiritual son Timothy, 'But you must CONTINUE in the things which you have learned and been assured of... and that from childhood you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus'.
The enemy's main purpose for your life is to steal, kill, and destroy! (John 10:10) The enemy wants to make you fail (ineffective) for God's kingdom! And one way is by getting you so 'wrapped up' in criticism! Don't fall into this trap! Ignore him! The enemy wants to distract you, and 'get your mind off' whatever the Lord wants you to do. His modus operandi is through 'nasty words' that 'bear down on you'. Why? Because the enemy wants you to quit!
But in Christ, you are no quitter! In Christ, you are made more than conquerors! People of God, keep building what the Lord has called you to build, and keep doing what the Lord has called you to do! It will be a matter of time before those critics fade away, and you'll still be standing strong in the end! Hallelujah!

Your mistake can be turned into a miracle!
The Lord gave me a dream recently. In the dream, I saw someone (whom I know) making a mistake of turning into a wrong direction. Instead of walking to his planned destination, he turned into an alley that he didn't intend to go. The next I saw was he ended up bumping into a boy who suffer from a huge, red swollen lump on his body. Somehow, then and there, a fresh anointing and authority came upon him, and he began to boldly rebuke the swollenness on the boy's body. What happened next was a miracle, because the swollenness receded right before his eyes, till the boy was totally healed!
I sought the Lord for the meaning of this dream, and that's when I heard the Lord say: "Tell My people not to look back at their mistakes, because I am in the midst of turning their mistakes into miracles! I will work all things together for good! Look to Me, and receive from Me!"
People of God, whatever mistake you have made in life, be it a wrong decision you have made, a wrong investment you have undertaken, or even a wrong word you have spoken, stop 'beating' and condemning yourselves any further. Let go of all those mistakes, and let God work all things together for good. Romans 8:28 says, 'And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose'.
We all make mistakes in life. No one is spared. This is an imperfect world with imperfect people. A wrong move. A wrong decision. A wrong word. Or whatever we have done that caused us to regret. But God loves you more than you could possibly imagine (Romans 8:38-39). He can turn things around for you. He can open up brand new horizons for you. He can create new opportunities for you. Even beyond your wildest dreams. Even beyond what you can ask or think of (Ephesians 3:20). Indeed, this is a time to let go of any blame (blaming self, blaming others, blaming God), and let God turn things (and situations) around for you. Look to Him, and receive from Him!
I then heard further from the Lord regarding this time and season:
"This is the time and season I am imparting to My people a fresh anointing and authority! Authority to rebuke the power of darkness! Authority to cancel the plans of the enemy! Authority to proclaim My will! Authority to declare My Word! Know your authority, and use your authority!"
People of God, never miss this time and season of the Lord! He is in the midst of imparting a fresh anointing and authority for the days ahead of you. Receive by faith! No more will you allow the enemy to enslave you with his trickeries. No more will you allow the enemy to put you into bondage of fear. But as Romans 8:37 says, 'Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through God who loved us'.
You have been given the authority of Jesus - the authority to rebuke the power of darkness, the authority to cancel the plans of the enemy, the authority to proclaim God's will, and the authority to declare God's Word! Use it! Exert it! Activate it! In Luke 10:19, Jesus Himself says, "Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you." Take this verse with you, personalize it, and declare it aloud! Blessed are you! Because your best days are ahead of you! Amen!

Come to His banqueting table!
I heard the Lord say these words:
"This is a time for the feeding and receiving of My Word in deeper ways! Deeper than you've ever been before! For I will put a hunger in you, and I will put a thirst in you!"
I then heard further:
"Come to My banqueting table! Blessed are those who are invited to feast with Me! Eat and drink of My bread and My wine! There's an impartation upon those who are hungry and thirsty for My Word and My Spirit! There's an enlightening in those who are hungry and thirsty for My Word and My Spirit!"
Indeed, people of God, this is a time God is bringing you deeper! Deeper than you've ever been before! Deeper in the Word! Deeper in the Spirit! Don't miss this time and season! Because He is in the midst of imparting deeper things, and He is in the midst of enlightening His people to 'see' what they could not 'see' in the past!
Blessed are you, if you have been hungry and thirsty for more of Him! Because your time to eat and drink (of His Word and His Spirit) has come!
In Revelation 19:7-9, John wrote, '"Let us be glad and rejoice and give Him glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife (bride) has made herself ready." And to her it was granted to be arrayed in fine linen, clean and bright, for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints. Then he (angel) said to me, "Write: Blessed are those who are called to the marriage supper of the Lamb!"'
The word 'supper' here is 'deipnon' in Greek, and it means 'chief meal (usually in the evening), feast, banquet', from the word 'dapane' meaning 'to feast'. Blessed are you, because as His people (i.e. the bride of Christ), you are called and invited! Though these verses are at an appointed time, you can have a 'foretaste' of what's in heaven, even right now!
See the words 'it was granted' here? As the bride of Christ, you have been granted to be arrayed in fine linen, clean and bright! Because you have been made righteous through faith! (see Romans 3:22-24)
In Psalm 23:5-6, David wrote, 'You (the Lord) prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; And I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever'.
The word 'table' here is 'shulkhawn' in Hebrew, literally meaning 'a spread of food and drink, a banquet', from the word 'shalach' meaning 'to spread, to lavish'. In the presence of the Lord, at His banqueting table, the enemies can only watch, but they cannot touch you!

In Isaiah 25:6, the Scripture says, 'On this mountain the Lord of hosts will make for all peoples a feast of rich food, a feast of well-aged wine, of rich food full of marrow, of aged wine well refined'.
'On this mountain' in this verse is 'Mount Zion', which speaks of 'the presence of the Lord'. Here on this mountain, the Lord is preparing a sumptuous, lavish feast - the very best that He has reserved for those who come to Him and receive from Him! From this vantage point of the Lord, upon receiving His food (the Word) and His drink (the Spirit), you shall triumph, and you shall overcome every work of the enemy!
So, go ahead, people of God, upon receiving from Him, declare His Word by faith and let His Spirit lead you from here! When He says so, you say so! And as He moves, you move! You'll be sure to see many good days ahead, and even the deeper things that 'eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man, the things which God has prepared for those who love Him' (1 Corinthians 2:9). In Jesus' name. Amen!
